ANJ BOOKING NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT ARRIVAL

Good Afternoon All,

 

A kind reminder to please pre-advise all depot service jobs arriving at ANJ to booking@anj.com.au before the carrier has arrived.

 

Any Depot Services jobs arriving which have not been pre-advised via our booking email address will result in the driver being delayed until the job is received and booked.

 

We always require an email confirmation with all required paperwork attached and stating who’s accepting the charges for depot services.

 

Pre-advising a depot services job will ensure your driver is processed without delay and assist in truck turnaround times.

 

ANJ will not be liable for any waiting time, futile trips or slot charges.
All new jobs are to be sent to booking@anj.com.au – who will process and pass onto the correct account manager for process and service.
Note: Any carriers collecting a container from ANJ must also advise booking@anj.com.au at least 24hrs before collecting to ensure your container is made accessible.
